Would a JR version of this show work as an alternative for Willy Wonka JR?

Hi! At the moment, there are no plans to develop that version. Of course, that can always change in the future!
In terms of comparing the two full length shows: Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Willy Wonka are both adapted from the same book and include songs like "Pure Imagination", "Oompa Loompa", and "Candy Man". However, Charlie also features new songs by Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman. You can go to the show page for either show to read more about the differences between the two shows.
