Hello - You are able to order the Logo Pack if you visit your BOOKING DETAILS page for the title.  If you click the ADDITIONAL MATERIALS link, there will be an option to purchase the Logo Pack if there is one available.  If you're still experiencing issues, you can always call your Account Representative and order it with them over the phone.
