The Way You Interact With MTI Has Changed

We know that you expect to be able to manage your own web account with us, and so we’ve been hard at work building a new platform that will allow you to do just that.

Initially you’ll need to login to your web account to order perusal material, apply for Performance Agreements, submit ticket sales declarations and update contact details. Towards the end of the year we’ll be adding functionality that will allow you to amend your hire material requirements, order resources and also submit requests to change dates and performance venues. In the future we’ll be looking to allow you to download copies of invoices, adding an online availability checker tool as well as viewing your licensing history.

We hope these incremental changes will make your interactions with us much easier, less time-consuming and ultimately put you in control of your licensed productions.

What Happens Next
If you’ve licensed a show with us in the last three years then you’ll be receiving an email containing your organisation login details. We’ll ask you to create a password and to check all the information we hold for you is correct. After that, you’re free to use your web account whenever you have dealings with us. We're aiming to contact everyone by 3pm on Tuesday 23rd August - if you have recently licensed a show with us or have an active Performance Agreement then please do not request to open a new account.

Whilst we’re delighted to be bringing this new portal to you, our friendly and knowledgeable licensing team are still here. They’ll still be on hand to answer your questions on the phone or by email.
