Hi! Please email your MTI licensing representative. Please be advised that all of our staff is currently working remotely and our representatives have been receiving over a hundred emails a day for the past several months. Our licensing representatives are working hard to address every request. Due to the high volume, it is taking approximately 10-14 business days for them to read and respond to emails right now.
