Walk the Walk
A chaotic and comedic journey across England’s Coast to Coast Walk, where mismatched personalities clash, bond, and discover more about themselves than they expected.
Malcom’s mission to complete his fourth Coast to Cast walk is thrown into confusion when he is reluctantly drawn into the company of a strange assortment of fellow hikers. Nick and Tiffany’s relationship is strained by the whole experience, whilst New York journalist, Kelly and her controlling mother, Barbara are rapidly driven to despair by the well-meaning, but hopeless, Neville! Comedy, catastrophe and despair intertwine as the real reason for Malcolm’s journey unfolds.
If you ever wanted to know more about the lives of Neville (Third Week in August), Malcolm (The Reunion) or Tiffany and Nick (Par for the Course), the answers lie here.
The play offers strong ensemble opportunities and minimal staging requirements, making it particularly appealing for amateur and school productions. Its blend of broad humour and heartfelt moments ensures wide audience appeal.
