Participants in the Shrek The Musical JR ZOOMsical must be 18 years of age or under.
Once we have received your completed registration form we'll be in touch with details of how to pay. The place will only be confirmed once full payment has been received.

BILLING DETAILS Once you have complete this form we'll send you an invoice to cover the cost of your student's place (£150). Please provide billing details below. Your student's place will not be confirmed until full payment of the invoice has been received.
