Hi! Apologies for the wait on a time-sensitive issue. It should be fine as long as the TV program is not pay-per-view. In general, for advertising purposes, it is permissible for groups to record and use 30 second clips of up to 90 seconds in total. No clip can exceed 30 seconds in continuous length and the total amount of clips used cannot exceed 90 seconds. The clips must also be of their cast.
